Our approach.
The best solutions require an understanding of the real world and a willingness to work all the way to the heart of the issue to reveal the truth. Whether our audience is a chief executive, teacher, child or gas fitter, we choose the right tools to do the job.
Questioning.
Questioning is all about digging in the right place to build a solid foundation for the project. What do we want to achieve? What is the critical event driving the change? Are all stakeholders brought in? What are the KPIs and ROI? Timescales? What intelligence do we have? What’s our unique point of difference?
Thinking.
Thinking is where we feed the output from questioning into the melting pot to create a brief and a solution neutral strategy. What does the data mean? When’s the best time to implement? Should we do research to gain unique insight? What would give us the edge? What would engage our audiences? How do we reach them?
Designing.
Designing is where we bring the brief to life with a detailed plan and proposed channel solution. What’s the intervention that will have maximum impact? The mix of media required? The balance between face to face and digital? Social networks or above the line media? It's where we get stuck into creative options and content development, presentation and refinement.
Delivery.
Delivery is where theory meets the real world – the project is implemented in whatever technical environment we have agreed. And crucially, success measured. Benchmarks tested and user feedback through research close the loop to ensure we’re all learning.
