We’ve done more than follow the NHS story, we helped write it, so addressing the challenge of public engagement is the natural next step in our journey.

Our programmes are designed specifically to help NHS commissioners and providers reach level 4 (world-class) status within competencies 1 and 3 of the world-class commissioning framework:

* Competency 1 – to locally lead the NHS

* Competency 3 – to proactively seek and build continuous and meaningful engagement with the public and patients to shape service and improve health.
