Nestor Healthcare is a ‘white label’ provider of medical and social care services through contracts with individuals and local authorities across the UK. They deliver services through partner organisations.
Challenge.
While Nestor Healthcare is a business that makes profit, its employees and associates really do care about the people who use their services. The challenge was to make the annual report show this.
Insight.
We have a great relationship with Nestor, and persuaded him that happy, positive and respectful photography of end users would help to put a human face on what the company does.
Result.
We spent an insightful couple of days going out and meeting Nestor’s patients and clients, taking photographs for the report. It was a huge step in bringing the end user’s experience to life, and illustrating the close, caring relationships between staff and patients.
