Orange, the key brand of France Telecom, is one of the world's leading telecommunications operators with more than 182 million customers in over 30 countries. We have been working with them in order to engage their 125,000 employees with their new global strategy.

Audience.
France Telecom was integrating its worldwide operations across mobile, fixed line and internet under one single brand: Orange.
Challenge.
Our challenge was not only to help all 125,000 employees across more than 220 countries understand what the global strategy was but how it was relevant for them in their part of the business.
Insight.
The first step of our longer-term communications plan was to create a ‘Strategy in a Box’: a simple toolkit of core materials for leaders, managers and the internal communications network.
Result.
This set of tools firstly helped the audience understand the essence of the strategy and secondly to share the story with their employees in a globally consistent, yet locally relevant way.
