Rightmove’s annual report is read avidly by estate agents, business press and shareholders. As the biggest property portal in the UK, its activities are a weathervane for the health of the whole industry.

Challenge.

Despite very difficult market circumstances, Rightmove were still innovating, adopting new marketing and selling tools including iPhone apps and Twitter. They wanted to report a positive outlook.

Insight.

Indeed, their story wasn’t all gloom. The site had experienced record hits and profits were up on the year before. We used the brand’s colourful new identity to convey the confidence and reassurance the market desperately needed.

Result.

We produced an 88-page printed report on a tight budget. It was strong, colourful and focused on the brand’s key initiatives over the year. These reassured readers that the brand’s business model was as solid as ever, and that green shoots were indeed on the way.
