Ciara joined The Team in 2013 and is our Client Director. She helps our clients see possibilities – as well as potential pitfalls – and helps them plan for success.

She’s a deep listener, natural collaborator and problem-solver who has worked with many organisations, including English Heritage, NS&I and the Stroke Association. She brings clarity and an empathetic approach to every task.

Ciara’s many highlights at The Team include winning an award for a Babychange app in the early days of smart phones, and delving through and cataloguing a treasure trove of archives to make a series of short films that bring objects to life through storytelling.
