Rachel joined The Team in 2024 as an intern and joined permanently as a Junior Designer in early 2025. Since joining us, she has worked on a range of projects for clients including NS&I, Southeastern Railway, Colt and the Gas Safe Register, with working on Gas Safe’s 2024/25 winter campaign being a standout experience.
Before becoming part of The Team, Rachel studied Graphic Communication at Norwich University of the Arts, where she developed a love for campaign, branding, and motion design, and received awards from D&AD The Portfolios and Creative Conscience for her work.
She enjoys creating thoughtful, engaging visuals that connect with people.
