As our Programme Director, she interprets complex briefs to identify the right project methodology to define delivery plans ready for implementation.
Her interpersonal and positive leadership skills motivate and inspire client and project teams and she creates can-do, collaborative environments to deliver successful, award-winning programmes aligned to ISO 9001 quality assurance.

Elena is proud of The Team’s 25-year partnership with bp to help the giant on its transformation journey, particularly towards net zero, and how we’ve helped organisations create and activate new names and brands that focus on improving life outcomes for people and communities.
