Tracy de l'Orme-Gill

Project Director

Tracy is one of our Project Directors. She joined The Team in 2010 and since then she’s overseen a huge number of projects, specialising in team, planning and budget management.

She combines superlative project skills in brand activation with approachability and professionalism, and is Agile APMG Foundation Certified.

Tracy has worked with most of The Team’s clients over the years and she’s particularly proud of our work with Scope, which was awarded the Best Rebrand at the 3rd Sector Awards. She attributes this success to the consultancy’s initial testing and breaking of myths around accessibility, the insight from which informed and lived through the whole project.

Her organisational and management skills were also exemplified when NatWest asked The Team to help create and deliver a virtual event focused on wellbeing and celebration for the financial giant’s global workforce during the Covid lockdown.
