Sustainability

Creating a sustainable future means transforming how we do business.

If our collective goal is to transition to a world where the long-term wellbeing of people and planet is valued above chasing financial success at any cost, then the need for change is non-negotiable.

In 2024, people want to know what businesses are doing – not just saying – to honour their sustainability commitments.

Clients and employees alike want proof-points; they want a sense of how your actions now will have a lasting impact.

Upholding and delivering your sustainability commitments can be challenging, but don’t let that hinder getting started – each step towards improvement is worth celebrating and building upon!

“As consultancies and agencies, we play a key role in creating sustainable solutions, for ourselves and our clients.”

At The Team, we recognise the role we, our sector, and our clients can – and must – play in this transition.

By using our position, skills, and platforms, we can operate as a force for good and truly transformational change. There is of course much work to be done. But what’s important is for us all to start somewhere.

Through collaboration and sharing our knowledge and learnings, we’re determined to be a driving force for the change we want – and need – to see. This change will positively impact us, our clients and the world around us.

It’s time to make it happen, and it’s why we’re earning the right to talk about sustainability every day.

“In essence, a sustainable business is one that responds to the ever-changing world around them.”
Making Sustainability Make Sense for Business

We’re committed to developing sustainable marketing strategies to ensure environmental and social considerations underpin all of our marketing practices.

We’re a Living Wage employer and ISO 9001 accredited. Today we hold an Ecovadis Silver Medal and in 2025 we’re committed to achieving Gold status and to becoming B-Corp accredited.

Sustainable marketing focuses on promoting services and business operations in a way that does the least harm to both people and planet.

For example, our website is run on green energy.

Exploring more ways to be better.

At The Team, that’s our aim.
