Ashley joined The Team in 2018 as a Marketing Manager, but after 3 years her interest in managing complex projects led to a shift in career focus.
In 2020, she embraced a new challenge as Project Manager. Her commitment to learning and developing in this role quickly led to a promotion to Senior Project Manager in 2022.
During her time at The Team, Ashley has overseen projects for clients including bp, Coca-Cola, Heathrow, IBM, NS&I, and Southeastern Railway, amongst others.
One of her most memorable achievements is overseeing IBM CareerFest, a significant project that highlighted IBM’s commitment to learning and career development. The 24-hour online global event spanned four time zones and engaged over 12,000 live participants!
In 2024, CareerFest was awarded bronze at the Internal Communication and Engagement Awards.
