Ryan, our Design Director since 2009, has brought creative direction and insight to a wide range of clients – from healthcare to transport, and financial services to social investment.

He is an expert in balancing the art of the possible with the realities of the practical. He will always champion a good idea and makes sure that the creative ideation process is enjoyable, especially when the pressure is on.

Ryan enjoys re-imagining and re-invigorating heritage brands, including Union and NS&I. He is particularly proud of his work with air traffic services provider NATS, and the collaborative working process with disability charity Scope, which placed accessibility at its core.
