Employee Engagement Consultant

Jen joined us in 2021 as our Employee Engagement Consultant. She creates insight-driven strategy and activations that are wedded to the full lifecycle and varied experiences of employees.

She’s been working with Citizen’s Advice, NatWest and SBM Offshore, among other clients, to help them understand how well they are listening to and collaborating with employees to deliver beyond typical activations. She develops solutions that go deep within the culture of their business to positively impact all aspects of employee lifecycle.

Jen is proud of supporting Citizen’s Advice on a blended working campaign that she helped the organisation’s people develop and create themselves, working to their strengths and bringing genuine insight from ground up – not top down.

With a background in the NHS, higher education and event management, she is passionate about helping businesses develop emotionally intelligent workforces that allow all people to belong and thrive, especially those who are neurodiverse.
