Jen joined The Team in May 2021 to help deliver the employee engagement offer here at The Team.
She has worked on projects for clients such as NatWest, Citizens Advice, Baillie Gifford and bp.
Jen strongly believes the full potential of a workplace can only be unlocked by the engagement and commitment of its most important asset – its people!
Her hybrid expertise of HR and employee engagement gives her a strong instinct for understanding what makes both employees and organisations tick.
With experience of advising leaders and being at the sharp end of delivering employee facing campaigns, Jen has expertise in exploring what is really going on within an organisation. This helps bring strategy and campaigns to life in a genuinely meaningful way for employees.
Prior to joining The Team, Jen started her career in Human Resources for both the NHS and The University of Sheffield eventually focussing on leadership and management development.
She then moved on to Sheffield Hallam University, where her final role was International Communications Manager for strategic projects for 4,500 staff.
