Mark joined The Team in 2021, bringing a deep understanding of psychology and human behaviour to our design work.
As our Applied Behavioural Scientist and strategist, he knows what drives and influences people’s behaviour and decision-making, and when and how to apply that knowledge in a brand environment.
Mark has brought his skills and experience to bear with ITV, NatWest and Trees for Cities. He’s particularly proud of The Team’s behavioural insights into the Field Studies Council, where implementing recommended changes resulted in a four-fold increase in engagement within the first month.
