Citizens Advice wanted a fresh yet on-brand internal campaign to show employees how brilliantly a blended work approach could work.
So The Team created a playbook that provided different tools for colleagues to work through their options, laid out logically yet beautifully. 🌟
On each page, there were “Lead It” bubbles that helped managers guide and support their teams.
There were also selfie videos and social posts from representatives used across their Facebook Workplace.
Colleagues at Citizens Advice could easily identify with the real people featured in the campaign who represented a variety of lifestyles.

Southeastern wanted to highlight the benefits of using the train for ad hoc, face-to-face business meetings.

As part of Southeastern’s digital transformation, they re-developed their app, making it easier for passengers to buy and use tickets. 📱
Our task was to create a clear and compelling campaign that brought to life the range of digital tools available on the app and to encourage downloads. ✨
Using a mobile as a framing device, we lead with the range of features available and the fact that you could access them all ‘on the go’. 🧳
